BENEFITS AND USES:

This medicine is used to treat bacterial conjunctivitis (an infection that causes redness and inflammation of the membranes covering the white part of the eyes).

DIRECTIONS:

Use this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor/pharmacist or according to the instructions on the label. Do not use more or less than instructed. To use the eye drops solution, follow these steps: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before using the eye drops. 2. Tilt your head slightly backwards or lie down on your back. With the index finger, pull the lower eyelid away from the eye to form a pouch. Look upward and instil the required number of drops inside the lower eyelid. 3. Close your eye and do not blink for a moment. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to treat the other eye, if needed. 5. Wipe any excess liquid from your face with a clean tissue. 6. Replace and tighten the cap of the bottle. Do not allow the tip of the eye drop bottle to touch your eyes, eyelids, or any other surface. Recap the eye drop bottle or eye ointment tube immediately after use. If the eye drops becomes contaminated, it could cause an infection in your eyes. Do not share this medicine with anyone else. Do not wear contact lenses while using this medicine. Use this medicine at regular intervals. Do not skip any doses. You must complete the entire course of this medicine. If you don't, the infection will not be properly controlled.
