Flo Sinus Care is a gentle sinus wash designed to relieve congestion caused by sinusitis, chronic rhinosinusitis, hayfever and allergies, CPAP therapy as well as post-operative care. Flo Sinus Care is a non-medicated, preservative-free isotonic irrigation solution for washing the nasal passages and sinus cavities to help thin mucus and clear irritants that cause painful congestion. The solution closely resembles the body's natural extracellular fluid, so it is gentle to use.

The starter kit contains a sinus wash bottle and 12 premixed sachets of Flo Sinus Care powder. Refill packs of 50 sachets is also available on glovida.com

Directions for Use

"Use twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

FLO Sinus Care may be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

  1. Add 200mls of lukewarm pre-boiled water to a FLO bottle. There’s a fill line on the side of the bottle to help you out.
  2. Add the contents of one FLO sachet to the bottle
  3. Close the cap on the FLO bottle and gently shake until all the powder has dissolved.
  4. Lean over a basin or sink and tuck your chin towards your chest.
  5. It’s VERY important to breathe through your mouth. If you don’t, you could accidentally take a gulp of the saline.
  6. Now insert the top of the cap gently into one nostril until it forms a tight seal.
  7. Continue to breathe through your mouth and gently squeeze the FLO bottle until the solution starts to drain from your other nostril. The FLO bottle has two place markers on the bottle to show you where to squeeze to help you optimise the wash. Keep going until you’ve used half the solution.
  8. Repeat the same process on the other nostril using the remaining solution.
  9. When you’re done, gently blow your nose. Clean and dry the bottle and cap and store safely for next time.
  10. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE."

Storage/ Caution

Do not use if the sachets have been damaged or tampered with. Store below 30°C.
