Lotus Root is a good source of vitamin C and B6, potassium and thiamine. Diced Huai Shan is added for extra nutrition and is known in Traditional Chinese medicine to improve babies' digestion and to calm nerves. The stew is easy and convenient to prepare, requiring only hot water to warm the pouch, making it travel-friendly as well!
