Directions for Use

  1. The optimal effect is obtained by taking 2 grams (1 sachet) of plant sterols daily.
  2. Gently shake before opening.
  3. Open a sachet and add the total content directly to any cold/ warm drink or food, mix and consume immediately.
  4. Alternatively, consume the content directly from the sachet.

Storage

This product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, and children under the age of 6 years. Patients on cholesterol lowering medications shall seek medical advice before consuming this product. This product is recommended to be consumed as part of a balanced and varied diet; and shall include regular consumption of fruits and vegetables to help maintain the carotenoid level.
