ABOUT THIS MEDICATION

This medicine is used to relieve symptoms of eye allergies (allergic conjunctivitis), such as red, itchy eyes and watery eyes.

HOW SHOULD YOU USE THIS MEDICINE?

Use this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor/pharmacist or according to the instructions on the label. Do not use more or less than instructed. To use the eye drops solution, follow these steps: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before using the eye drops. 2. Tilt your head slightly backwards or lie down on your back. With the index finger, pull the lower eyelid away from the eye to form a pouch. Look upward and instil the required number of drops inside the lower eyelid. 3. Close your eye and do not blink for a moment. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to treat the other eye, if needed. 5. Wipe any excess liquid from your face with a clean tissue. 6. Replace and tighten the cap of the bottle. Do not allow the tip of the eye drop bottle to touch your eyes, eyelids, or any other surface. Recap the eye drop bottle or eye ointment tube immediately after use. If the eye drops becomes contaminated, it could cause an infection in your eyes. Do not share this medicine with anyone else. If you are wearing contact lenses, you should remove it before applying the eye drop. Wait for at least 15-30 minutes before reinserting your lenses. If you have been given any other eye drops or medicines to be used together with this, wait for at least 5 minutes before using the other medicine.

WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE?

This medication may cause the following side effects: - Blurry vision (temporary) - Headache - Stinging or burning sensation of eyes - Rebound eye congestion (swelling of the eyes) with prolonged use Inform your doctor if any of these side effects do not go away or are severe.
