Yes, you can order medication on behalf of your children, spouse, elderly parents, or other family members—as long as you have a valid prescription issued under their name (if required).

👨👩👧 Here's How It Works:

  1. Place the order under your account
You can use your Glovida account to place the order, even if the medication is for someone else.

  2. Upload the correct prescription
Be sure to upload a valid prescription that matches the patient's name (e.g., your child’s name for a paediatric prescription).

  3. Provide delivery details
Let us know if the delivery address or contact number should be different from yours.

  4. Pharmacist counselling (if needed)
Our pharmacists may contact you (or the patient) to provide medication counselling, especially for children or elderly patients.

📎 Things to Keep in Mind:

  • The prescription must be issued under the name of the actual patient, even if you’re ordering for them.

  • You can also use our Glovida teleconsultation service to get an e-prescription for your child from one of our partner doctors.

  • For certain medications (e.g., controlled drugs), we may need to speak directly with the patient or caregiver.
