Can I Order Medication for My Family Members (e.g. My Kids)?
Yes, you can order medication on behalf of your children, spouse, elderly parents, or other family members—as long as you have a valid prescription issued under their name (if required).
👨👩👧 Here's How It Works:
-
Place the order under your account
You can use your Glovida account to place the order, even if the medication is for someone else. -
Upload the correct prescription
Be sure to upload a valid prescription that matches the patient's name (e.g., your child’s name for a paediatric prescription). -
Provide delivery details
Let us know if the delivery address or contact number should be different from yours. -
Pharmacist counselling (if needed)
Our pharmacists may contact you (or the patient) to provide medication counselling, especially for children or elderly patients.
📎 Things to Keep in Mind:
-
The prescription must be issued under the name of the actual patient, even if you’re ordering for them.
-
You can also use our Glovida teleconsultation service to get an e-prescription for your child from one of our partner doctors.
-
For certain medications (e.g., controlled drugs), we may need to speak directly with the patient or caregiver.
