Store Pickup
Collect your order for free from our pharmacy:
- Location: 217 Henderson Road, #01-02, Singapore 159555
- Operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm, excluding public holidays
- Ready time: Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during operating hours. We'll notify you when your order is ready to collect.
- Fee: Free, with no minimum spend
- Prescription and pharmacy medicines: These orders must be approved by our pharmacy staff before they can be collected. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming down.
- What to bring: Your order number and the name on the order.
International Delivery Policy
We deliver internationally using trusted courier partners to ensure secure, tracked and timely delivery. Please note the following important details:

International orders typically take between 5 to 21 working days depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local delivery providers.

Glovida is not liable for items lost or damaged in international transit. Any claims must be made with the courier directly. -

Glovida is not responsible for customs delays or orders held by customs. No refunds will be issued in such cases. -
Restricted Items:
We are unable to ship certain items (e.g., aerosols, liquids) to some countries due to courier or customs restrictions.
