A time-honored nourishing stew created through carefully selected lotus roots blended with fresh chicken meat, sweetened with pitted honey dates and then cooked through a hearty broth of dried scallops with a subtle hint of cuttlefish fragrance. Lotus Root is a good source of vitamin C and B6, potassium and thiamine. Diced Huai Shan is added for extra nutrition and is known in Traditional Chinese medicine to improve babies' digestion and to calm nerves. The stew is easy and convenient to prepare, requiring only hot water to warm the pouch, making it travel-friendly as well! Our stews are BPA free and are made up of 4-layer food grade Aluminium, our stews go through a high temperature retort process to ensure that there are no bacteria left in the pouches that will cause contamination.
