  • Adults: 1 capsule daily.
  • Babies and children: Take ½ or 1 capsule daily.

LactoGG capsules are designed to be taken apart. You can pull the 2 halves of the vegetable capsule apart and pour out the powdered contents. Mix the powdered contents with your baby's food, milk or water and let your baby consume it. The water, drinks, milk or food should be at room temperature and not be hot, to ensure the probiotic bacteria remain alive.

CARE & STORAGE:

LactoGG capsules' double-aluminum nitrogen-flushed blister is specially designed for the climatic conditions of Asia. LactoGG is a very stable probiotic strain. It has stability studies confirming that it can survive in ambient room temperature. It does not need to be transported or kept in ice.

If it is kept in room temperature the bacteria can survive for at least 24 months! Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Although it is not necessary, LactoGG won't spoil if you wish to keep it in the refrigerator too.
